Women in Business enterprise day

Women in Business invite you to join them in celebrating Women’s Enterprise Day in the beautiful surroundings of Belfast Castle on Wednesday 18th November from 12 noon-2pm. Light lunch and refreshments.


Women’s Enterprise Day, is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, a worldwide movement of entrepreneurial people. It’s been running annually in the UK since 2004 and in that time over 25,000 events have been attended by over 2 million people. Women in Business are delighted to be part of this initiative and welcome you along to celebrate your entrepreneurial success.
Our keynote speaker is Inez McCormack

Inez McCormack, Chair of the Participation and the Practice of Rights
Project. Inez is one of the most influential civil rights leaders in
Northern Ireland today. Ms. McCormack played a critical role in the
1998 Good Friday Peace Accords and continues to advocate for equal rights and fair labor practices for women and minorities as the director of UNISON, the largest trade union in the United Kingdom.
Inez McCormack is a founding member of the Vital Voices Global Advisory Council and continues to contribute to Vital Voices summits, programs & trainings in Northern Ireland and abroad. In 2002, Vital Voices honored Inez at the Global Leadership Awards in recognition of her tremendous achievements. She is profiled in the documentary play Seven, and travelled to New York for the play's premier.

As well as this inspirational speaker, we have as usual Facilitated Networking, and with our last two events being very successful with over 70 delegates in attendance, remember to bring along your business cards.
