About the initiative
The initiative helps small Belfast-based businesses to develop the practical skills necessary to think strategically and to develop realistic plans for future growth.
The Strategy in Business Initiative involves a combination of practical group skills development workshops which have been designed to help participants tackle the practicalities of building and sustaining their business.
Each participant is also allocated an experienced business consultant whose role is to help the participant address barriers to growth and to assist in moving the business forward towards clearly defined goals.
