Work in Progress

Work in Progress - Pecha Kucha I, Thurs 2 April, 6-8pm
Belfast Exposed is hosting a series of Pecha Kucha, a Japanese term meaning ‘chit—chat’, giving local artists opportunities to present ideas, receive genuine critique, develop professional relationships and establish collaborative links.
The first event provides a platform for students working in the disciplines of photography, film, performance, music and critical writing. The Pecha Kucha format allows each presenter to show a slideshow of 20 images, with 20 seconds per image. With only 6 mins and 40 secs per speaker, events are concise, constructive and energetic. There will be space for 8 presenters on the night. After the presentations we will open the floor for discussion and debate.
If you would like to make a presentation on the evening, please book your place by contacting Anna Lomax on 028 9023 0965 or info@belfastexposed.org. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
If you wish to come along as part of the audience, no need to book, just turn up. This is a free event. Organised by Rachel Brown and Brighdin Farren.
