theN tHE Channel Development Clinic Could be for you.

For many businesses beginning to export can be a daunting prospect, too often the perceived barriers to exporting can discourage many local businesses from taking this step. The Channel Development Clinic is available to small businesses and social enterprises interested in exploring the idea of exporting for the first time.

Taking place on the 27 May 2010 in The Edge, May’s Meadow, Belfast, BT1 3PH from 9.30am until 4.30pm this workshop is designed to give first time exporters practical information on how to sell your businesses product or services into new markets outside of Northern Ireland.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
Open to small businesses and social enterprises with limited or no experience of exporting this workshop is an essential for any business with the ambition to grow into new geographical markets.

Participating businesses located in the Belfast City Council will have the opportunity to avail of 12 hours of one to one mentoring with an experienced export consultant after the workshop to assist them in entering new export markets.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The clinic is free to attend however only those businesses located in the Belfast City Council area will have the potential to access follow on mentoring support.

To be eligible for this clinic businesses must be currently trading exclusively within the NI market.
