C-13 is a Belfast based, cross disciplinary group of artists and designers creating multimedia artwork and experimental digital performance.
For one night expect a different side to the ISEA2009 exhibition as the C-13 collective interpret the works within OBG as they deliver a site-specific event/installation in response to the dynamics of the space and a reaction to the creative process of the exhibits’
